We used them in the lanterns at our wedding. The quality is 5* for an AMBER incandescent light, not the harsh white LED that most flashlights give off which is totally unattractive. It was a warm glow. The only reason I give 4* is because our wedding planner didn't realize you had to rotate them more fully for the lights to shine. As a result, she hardly turned them, and the glow was very weak. It was probably user error, but it would be better if they lit up brightly the first time you spin them, rather than spinning for a long time to reach maximum brightness. Users, be vigilant and tell your helpers to rotate all the way!
