I bought these controllers for my Xbox controller on 10/01/18 and on 12/15/18 they stopped working after only 2.5 months. You received no damage. My photo after they stopped working. They still look and wear like new, I just don't hear from them anymore. I've done all the necessary testing and troubleshooting to be able to tell you with certainty that they're junk now. Waste of $20. I would not buy again. * I'll be happy to update my review if the company launches a new pair. So far I haven't received a reply from them.
