5 inch tie?

So I ordered my son a size 14. It is more suitable for a size 4 baby. The shirt is incredibly small. The label says 160, what does that mean? The tie is literally 5 inches long with an elastic band that you should put on a 12 year old's head. THIS IS NOT! Further return due to incorrect size information!
