That's a great price for a good product. I have several sewing machines, all different, and I can use them with any machine that has a button on the presser foot. This includes a new Singer with a patented foot designed to fit on nothing but itself. I just bought a low shank universal lock and it worked fine. The bar on these legs DOES NOT FIT the Singer patented foot so plan on purchasing an adapter as it is not included. As long as you have this adapter it is a lot of fun to use and so far I have not been disappointed with the quality or performance. You have a good case. I read some reviews that mentioned their cases were damaged during shipping but mine was fine. The foam tray has a soft surface and overall this whole kit looks more expensive than it is. The brochure they come with. Well we tried. This isn't the worst translation, but there are several descriptions that took a hot minute to interpret. Although I have been sewing and working for a living since I was a child, I did not know what these paws were good for. For these I watched the video and figured it out. The vet isn't labeled so I still refer to the booklet to find out who's doing what. I take care of their numbering in the booklet and engrave the number on the corresponding leg. But if I ever lose this book, I'm done for. Some of them look so similar I can't really tell which is which. In fact, I've recommended this particular set to several friends, including one who recently received a small gold figurine for costume design with her team. I mentioned how much fun I had with the frills (it was new and I added a few things unnecessarily just because I like the leg). There's nothing special about her shop, so she didn't know it either. She bought it for personal use at home and also enjoyed the set. I don't think I could give this product a better compliment. I have a lot of respect for her opinion and it was cool to recommend something to someone of her caliber. I really recommend this set and have already looked at some of the other clothing items this company has to offer. It was an interesting addition to an ability I don't often experiment with. I already have another set in my basket as a gift for someone and I'm pretty sure she'll love it as much as I do.
