Pretty solid and does the job

UPDATE April 27, 2012: After posting this review I switched to a Lifespan treadmill. I just posted a review about it but just saying here that if you have extra cash I would seriously recommend skipping this table and switching to a treadmill :) I'm never used to standing in one place. , but walking is a lot easier (and burns more calories). ************************************* * *** ********* ********************* First of all, ignore the reviewers who say this table is not adjustable. Either they smoke crack or they received the wrong product. My overall impression of the desk is positive, except that the keyboard tray isn't wide enough. This isn't a problem for trackball users, but it gets a bit cramped for mouse users. And you probably won't fit two large monitors on it. Also one of the reasons I bought this desk was back/shoulder pain from sitting in front of the computer for a long time, but this whole desk really transferred the pain to another part of my back/shoulder so I found the combo out Sitting and standing works well. So I would recommend having a regular desk as well, each with a monitor mirroring the desktop so you can switch back and forth. Here's how I set mine up. The table itself isn't that difficult to assemble, although it's a lot easier to do it together. And it's best to set it up exactly how you want it when you first assemble it, as it will be a bit of a hassle to reconfigure. I would recommend setting it a little HIGHER than you think you will need. One final consideration: I asked another reviewer if it could be used with a treadmill before ordering this item. He thought it might be, but personally I wouldn't try, especially since it's not wide enough. For that, I'd recommend looking at Fitdesk instead.
