UPDATE (03/31/2021). Seems they caught some quality issues with the toners and replaced them all. Customer service was really good, they shipped immediately and received in a few days. Once replaced and adjusted the toners work very well, the colors are better than the first batch and look good. Because of the good customer service and how well it works, I increased one star from the original rating. As soon as the durability of replacement toners is proven, I will award another star. But so far I'm satisfied. ORIGINAL REVIEW (08/2020): First order of this brand. Tired of constantly replacing "another" popular brand that offers a lifetime warranty. First I received them in a regular green box and looked like a different brand had been sent instead. I emailed them and they assured me it's their brand. Who knows. One of the colors turned out to be defective after a few days and printed streaks. I emailed them and had to prove a printing error which delayed the whole process of getting a replacement (I actually had to print so it was annoying to say the least). I have a spare and no steaks yet, but it hasn't been that long. It's quite disappointing that these toners don't print as dark and crisp as other brands which is why they get 3 stars. I really wanted to find a good brand but I can't recommend it yet. Does not specify the name "True Image". I'll update the review if anything else happens.
