I have used these cartridges several times and am very happy with them. The images sometimes look a bit washed out, but they are still quite good, especially for work purposes. UPDATE (03/31/2021). Seems they caught some quality issues with the toners and replaced them all. Customer service was really good, they shipped immediately and received in a few days. Once replaced and adjusted the toners work very well, the colors are better than the first batch and look good.
