You always take a risk when you order toner cartridges from other manufacturers, you know that they are almost always remanufactured, you value quality and have no idea if they are used up from the built-in overflow tank. Brand black is always terrible, there's no doubt about that, there's nothing better than OEM black, period. Colors, on the other hand, are always good or not, they are either just as good or downright bad. In this case I have to be completely honest. For the type of prints I make, these cartridges actually have better color and opacity than Canon's OEM cartridges at a fraction of the cost. I was shocked how good they are. Hiccups, but when originally shipped the magenta cartridge didn't work, my printer didn't even calibrate or initialize it. Here I give this 5 stars, I contacted the seller about the bad cartridge and got a response very quickly and a new cartridge was sent the next day. Because of this level of customer service and the quality of the flowers, I will be coming back to them in the future.
