It's a bit taller, best suited for step stools

In the shortest position it's definitely a bit taller than a regular task chair, but if you're using any type of stand or working on a higher surface ok Otherwise it's great. Took about 5 minutes to assemble (I had no problem with the seat detaching when I pick it up), relatively comfortable, and if you can get it for a lower price, it's definitely worth the money.
