This is a really nice backpack with a very nice interior. Lots of pockets. I checked the measurements and thought it would work, but it's actually too small for my daughter. She is in 3rd grade and will have a Chromebook that she will be taking to and from school and it barely fits in her backpack leaving no room for folders etc. It is tapered at the top so something rectangular will not fit. fits. The packed lunch was actually larger than I expected as it was in other complaints. My daughter loved the colors and design but they just didn't meet her needs.
