One of the best customer service departments

Bought CE 2000 but had problems with power cord. The problem turned out to be where the fork was located. There's a little 'ding' that it releases when lifted and you can plug in the power cord. At the suggestion of a support employee, I sent a photo of the device. The technician helped me figure it out. One of the best customer services I know. I am grateful that AKAI customer service goes above and beyond. Many Thanks.
