I didn't read the reviews before buying. My choice was based solely on size, price, and the neoprene material, which I found to be quite durable. So I didn't realize that people were obviously complaining about the smell. EVERY neoprene product is subject to some degree of outgassing. The case is exactly as described but is surprisingly large so it works like a soft envelope and is easy to put in and take out. But what really surprised me was the note I found in it from Elzo customer service. This isn't a clever PR stunt (the language is a bit awkward and the punctuation is off). But the note just comes from the heart. I felt like there were people on the other end of this product that genuinely care about their customer satisfaction. It also made me feel like this is a company that shoots straight. Good job Elso! I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
