We installed this in our travel trailer to replace our 6 gallon water heater. Instructions are vague, but if you are handy you can get through it. I did not like that they ask you to go purchase the over-temp/over-pressure safety valve instead of supplying it with the unit. But we got one from our local hardware store and got it installed on the unit.
