It did the job - my new review

This was my first time using chalk paint as well as the brush. I felt like it did do the job great but the bristles did start falling out some after I washed it, so I was having to take a few bristles off my project

Great Painting tool

This paint brush worked really well on my DIY table paint job. I used a 3 in 1 paint (Primer, Paint and Sealant), the brush worked really well and it was easy to apply the paint. The brush was easy to clean and ready for the next DIY project. Great price too.

Very disappointing best in my review

I was hoping that these would work well with chalk paint. I started a table top project and for some reason my paint was literally discoloring, very strange. I literally kept putting coats of paint on and they all kept drying with these strange dark patches. I thought it was the paint at first, but decided to change out brushe, when I did, the paint went on smooth with absolutely no dark streaks or patches. The "other" brush literally saved my project. Hairs came out while painting

I bought this hoping they would be a good introduction to chalk paint but this was pretty disappointing. Hairs were coming out in droves and I spent a good amount of time picking it out of fresh paint.

Terrible brush- do not buy!

Left bristles everywhere in the paint and now I am stuck sanding down the surface to repaint. Horrible horrible brush. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great brush! best in my review

Comfy to hold, minimal shedding with first use. Worked great for applying chalk paint and paste wax. Love the little net shields it comes with to keep the bristles nice when you're not using it. It's a large, densely packed brush and cleaned easily.

Superior Quality and Great Price!

This brush is of superior quality! Super soft and easy to clean. I used it to paint my nightstand and in less than 30 minutes I was done. This brush helped cover every spot! I highly recommend purchasing for all of your painting needs! I especially loved the message on the packaging! Thank you!

I was hopeful. for my opinion

I knew it was a gamble buying one of these that were less expensive than most. Well it was confirmed - I started to paint and bristles just kept coming out. I was so frustrated I threw the brush in the trash.

Love this Brush good for me

I am refurbishing an armoire with chalk paint and a regular paint brush just wasn't doing it. I stumbled upon this brush on Walmart and ordered it. I got it the next day and fell in love with it. Provides great coverage and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend this brush to anyone painting with chalk paint.

Not the best quality but it still works if you were on the budget

I purchased this brush for a project unfortunately several of the bristles did fall out during the painting process. I kind of expected that to happen because of the price. It was kind of annoying having to pull out the falling out bristles from my project but I still was fine with using it. It was a pain in the butt but it was also 25% of the price of the brushes near me so I was fine with it.

Works great! for my opinion

First, a disclaimer. I purchased this brush exclusively as a wax brush, not paint. I did not have the problem that some have had with bristles falling out. I tend to use a light touch when using a brush for waxing my furniture projects. The brush worked great and I would definitely purchase again.

The bristles fall out like crazy.

I saw the reviews that bristles fall out but I purchased anyway. I had to throw away because so many came out while applying wax.

Sheds a little - exercise care.

The bristles and feel of this brush are nice and the price was right, however, upon first use - some of the bristles dislodged and stuck to my painting surface while using chalk paint for a furniture project. I was not really happy to have to remove them from the painting surface, but eventually it didn't seem to be a problem. I am not unhappy with this purchase, but if I were to buy a similar product again, I'd spend a little more to avoid the hassle of shedding bristles.

This brush arrived with the handle broken off from the brush. I needed to finish my project so I punted snd used the bristle part of the brush. I should have returned it.

The brush is large and heavy compared to others I’ve used. Also, with the first paint job the bristles started shedding. Very frustrating to paint with.
