Not Comfortable to Wear

I would not want to wear this headset for more than one hour at a time. The width of the band is a bit tight. The sound quality is just okay. My cordless phone has better sound quality than this headset. I was hoping that the reverse would be true.

Neck Saver best in my review

These worked great, Im told the sound quality is very good. They saved my neck. Great customer service too. I thought they didnt work and sent a pair back, but it was a setting on my phone. Would recomend.

I finally got it right!

Have been trying different headsets and ear pieces for my AT&T phone and none of them quite performed as expected, or not at all. This one works quite well and is very comfortable.

Stopped working after 2 months. UPDATED: replacement received

UPDATE: I was amazed to be contacted by Customer Service at Wantek and offered a replacement headset. It arrived the next day and so far has been working perfectly. So far, so good and I am hopeful that this one will last longer.I bought this headset so I could more comfortably work from home. It worked well at first but suddenly after two months, the mic no longer picks up my voice when I'm talking. I can hear callers through the earphones, but I have no voice, so it's useless for the intended

Update: Wantek contacted me and apologized for the fit. They shipped a stereo headset free of charge which was a much more comfortable fit. I do prefer monoaural, but I just wear one side behind my ear. I've updated the review to reflect an overall rating including the new headset. Great customer service.

Very very happy with this product and they have great customer service. I had a problem with my headset after about 6 months of use with no problems, they replaced the headset quickly and with zero hassle. Very happy with this headset being I wear this 10 hours a day.

Excellent quality for hard of hearing

As my hearing has degraded from illness and old age, I have found it more and more difficult to have phone conversations. I did buy a phone with hearing boost, but professionally I need to be able to talk on the phone and take notes. I could barely hear with my previous headset, and others I tried weren't much better. But this one is wonderful. It's hard to convey how great it is to be able to have real phone conversations again. The people on the other end of the line can hear me better, too…

It was everything I was hoping for

I have bought several other headsets. this one. the volume is stronger. and with the addition of two ear "muff" speakers. it is everything I hoped for. Only reason 4 stars is the on/off switch is a little finicky. BUT not enough for me to order a replacement.

Great Headset and Great Service

I have had several headsets and use them for at least eight hours a day. The Wantek Wired Telephone Headset Dual Ear is comfortable and provides clear communication in both directions. I had problems with the 2.5mm jack on one unit after 6 months of constant use and the company was very responsive to resolve the matter. I will continue to use and recommend the Wantek brand of headset for anyone in need of a reliable, fair priced unit.

A bit muffled good for me

Used this headset for over a year. I thought the slightly muffled sound was my phone, not the headset. I finally realized that when I disconnected the headset and used the phone's built-in speaker it was clear, so I figured it must be the headset. I bought a different manufacturer's headset and it was MUCH clearer.

Pretty Good Set of Headphones

Been using this at work for calls, meetings, and training. Decent quality. Covers both ears (this, I like.) Works well with the desk phones at my workplace. It sits quite comfortably and adds no pressure to the head. (This is usually my problem. I get headaches if I wear headphones or hairbands that are even slightly on the tighter side.
