Update: Wantek contacted me and apologized for the fit. They shipped a stereo headset free of charge which was a much more comfortable fit. I do prefer monoaural, but I just wear one side behind my ear. I've updated the review to reflect an overall rating including the new headset. The cord quality and audio quality is the same as before just a more comfortable fit.Heavy high quality cord. Superb audio quality from the speaker and excellent mic audio. Combined with an incredibly tight fit if you, like me, have a larger average hat size. It was so tight it gave me headaches. No amount of adjustment helped. The plastic headband has plenty of flex but it's just way too tight. Feels like a vice grip. On your head. The "pad" is throughly uncomfortable despite being relatively soft rubberlike material. It just digs into your head. I'm sure it might be fine for a person with a smaller than average head or even an even average size might be okay. Above that, it will crush your skull.
