A bit muffled good for me

Used this headset for over a year. I thought the slightly muffled sound was my phone, not the headset. I finally realized that when I disconnected the headset and used the phone's built-in speaker it was clear, so I figured it must be the headset. I bought a different manufacturer's headset and it was MUCH clearer.

It was better than I expected high quality for a reasonable price

Cons

No wireless option, which limits mobility
