Stopped working after 2 months. UPDATED: replacement received
UPDATE: I was amazed to be contacted by Customer Service at Wantek and offered a replacement headset. It arrived the next day and so far has been working perfectly. So far, so good and I am hopeful that this one will last longer.I bought this headset so I could more comfortably work from home. It worked well at first but suddenly after two months, the mic no longer picks up my voice when I'm talking. I can hear callers through the earphones, but I have no voice, so it's useless for the intended purpose. I'm really disappointed in the quality.
