As my hearing has degraded from illness and old age, I have found it more and more difficult to have phone conversations. I did buy a phone with hearing boost, but professionally I need to be able to talk on the phone and take notes. I could barely hear with my previous headset, and others I tried weren't much better. But this one is wonderful. It's hard to convey how great it is to be able to have real phone conversations again. The people on the other end of the line can hear me better, too. The second earpiece is over my worst ear but the little extra sound it adds augments just enough. I'm very pleased.
