Better quality than OEM

Slightly grippier than light grip by cricut. I like these a lot especially for the price. Buying more!Con: After cutting, the back of the material feels tacky for at least a few minutes. This is very minor and almost non existent but I notice it because when I straighten pages, there are a couple that stick out and you just have to open up the stack and let it fall down because it’s tacked to the piece in front or behind. Overall a great deal considering what you get. 9/10 Recommend.

Pros
  • I like that they are not as expensive as the name brand. I like the black, and they work just as well.
Cons
  • After two cuts, the mats lost their stickiness. Waste of money, sad.

Doesn’t stick long in my review

I used this product with my Cricut what I loved about it was the price versus the Cricut mats. The difference between this product is the sticky went away very fast after a small order, & I was placing the clear protector back on after each use. Now I still use the item but I have to put tape on the mat, so I should’ve paid the extra buck for better quality.

  • Not as good as Cricut mats, but gets the job done!

  • These boards are not very sticky so the vinyl would slip while in the machine and ruin what I was doing

Disappointed in the lack of adhesion on the mat. definitely not equivalent to a cricut mat

This product, at most is equivalent to the cricut brands light cutting mat. Instantly I noticed that there was almost no adhesion on the mats. In fact right outside the box/bag I noticed no difference between my older used cricut light adhesive mats and these. I would only buy them again if my purpose was for vinyl or thin paper.

  • For the price they are good however the strong grip mat is the only one with any grip to it

  • The cutting pads may warp or curl over time, causing inaccuracies in cuts

I liked all 3 mats! Very durable and the adhesive was great! Loved that I was able to use them for different projects depending on the material using!

Better than Cricut And Cheaper too!

I LOVE THEM! They are perfect! Just as good, if not better, than the Cricut brand… actually they are a little bit better than Cricut, to be completely honest, and a LOT cheaper than the Cricut brand! So why ever buy anything else? I know I won’t be! This is the one brand for me moving forward.

Good for fabric but not strong

These mats are more like the fabric in terms of adhesions. Will still use for fabric but not product I need a strong adhesion for.

Dont waste your money

I tired 3 different type of Vinyl . All 3 of them the side was coming up and messed up 2 large sheets of vinyl :( The black color may decrease contrast for certain images and templates.

Worth the money best in my review

I used to buy the Cricut mat for my project, and it is 1st time to try a brand new. These mats work perfectly with my air2. These are good except my vinyl keeps sticking.

Pros
  • Standard grip mat is perfect for a wide range of medium weight materials, including patterned paper, vinyl, iron on and cardstock. Printable iron-on, glitter cardstock, pearl Paper, vellum, printer paper, glitter iron-on, handmade papers, washi sheets, craft paper,thin fabrics, embossed cardstock, light cardstock, printable sticker paper, construction paper, window cling, printable fabric ect.

  • The adhesive may be too strong and damage certain surfaces

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for !They all have the same sticky level. Had to use painters tape for my faux leather. Other brands I don’t have to do that. But if you want light to standard grip I guess it’s ok.

Love how well these work

These are the 3rd different brand I have purchased and by far my favorite. They sti k just as well now and the first time I used them.

The mat does not stay sticky long

So after about a weeks work the mat that’s supposed to hold strong is not working properly. In the corner where it really needs to be sticky it is not sticky anymore. I have lost lots of vinyl trying to continue to use the mat before opening another one but I had to go ahead and use a new one. I really thought it would last longer. Don’t buy this brand!

The most amazing mats

I love the grid lines and the amount of sticky is perfect on each mat. The colors are gorgeous. I can't wait to try them all out. I put the standard grip to use right away and couldn't ask for a better mat.

Quality of the board is fine, but NOT fully compatible with Maker

The lines on this are in NO WAY similar to the Cricut maker's expected lines and it is missing a full inch of length, meaning that even if you aren't too troubled about the lines, if you are using every last inch of cutting space, by the time you get down to inch 22, you've slid completely off the front rollers and now when it tries to slide back forward again, your machine jams. Good cutting mat for sturdier materials

Am returning this as at first I didn't know it was adhesive. This is what happened when I put a piece cardstock to cut. The adhesive was so strong it destroyed my paper. This would be better for heavier and thicker materials

Works well with my cricut. The adhesion is pretty good. Even the standard mat holds the vinyl very well. So far so good, I've been using for 3 days now.

I like to test different products at different cost points to see what is the best value. I like the color, because who doesn't like black? I would like it to be a little stickier though. This is the third or fourth brand of mats I have bought (including Cricut) and have found that this is probably the least sticky. dissappointed for my opinion

The price was great and the thickness of the mat was just like a 'Cricket' mat. The disappointing thing was for me, as a teacher, that after a couple hours of cutting the sticky on the mat lessoned and I had to really run hard with a cricket tool to get the paper to stay. Even though I had issues I would by again.

Loses grip after 10 sheets of cardstock

I have only ever used Cricut and Silhouette grip mats in the past, but took a chance on these because I needed them ASAP and the price was great. Plus, as I've only ever cut vinyl in the past, I wanted to try the different grip strengths to make sure I wasn't tearing the cardstock apart when removing it from the grip mat.
