I have only ever used Cricut and Silhouette grip mats in the past, but took a chance on these because I needed them ASAP and the price was great. Plus, as I've only ever cut vinyl in the past, I wanted to try the different grip strengths to make sure I wasn't tearing the cardstock apart when removing it from the grip mat. Well, I didn't have to worry about that. They seem awesome at first, but after only about 10 sheets, each of these grip mats gave up and caused me to have to keep re-cutting. It didn't matter if it was that light, standard, or strong grip; they all gave up after not too long. In that regard I'm glad they were cheap, but you get what you pay for and I'd certainly pay a bit more to be able to complete my project without having to buy new mats.
