Let me start with what I would like to change about the suit. First I ordered a large as my dog is 80lbs and has a large neck. After receiving it, I'm sure I could get a medium. It was almost too big and I tightened it as tight as I could. It has a drawstring and you need to tie it in a bow and tuck it in so it's not hidden. When the dog lowers its head, it slides forward and off the head. It seems like there should be a hidden clip inside to attach it to the dog's collar from below to prevent this. Whenever my dog put his head down, I had to grab him very quickly so he wouldn't lose it. I would swap the stem too. It was nice that it came with one, but couldn't use it. We've tried it a couple of times but it just doesn't pull hard enough and slips off immediately as soon as the dog moves. I almost think it would be better with a separate elastic to adjust/tighten on the outside only. The positive side is that it is absolutely amazing! We dressed it up for a Halloween treat and it was a huge hit! He shocked a few kids (and even some other dogs) and was photographed a lot and almost everyone wanted to pet him. I'm glad I chose a lighter color to match his natural coat color. Several kids asked me if it was his real fur! Overall, I recommend it if you have a dog that has naturally flat ears (because they stay under the mouthpiece), is good with carrying things, and doesn't mind finding a creative way to get the tail to walk bring or give up.
