Very comfortable ankle strap, spool works exactly as advertised, no dragging in the water. It features an ankle swivel and coil connection so it always moves freely and comfortably no matter how you move it or put it on. I also like the variety of colors so mine matches my paddleboard. The waterproof fanny pack is a great addition, my only complaint is the edges are quite sharp when they hit your hand/wrist while rowing and make it difficult for you to get your stuff out, but it's waterproof as promised!
