Worked great to replace a bad one
Identical to the faulty one I replaced except I had to connect my existing lamp holders to this new ballast. Also, I'm a little concerned that the original ballast only lasted 4 years as I've seen ballasts from the last 20+ years. Of course, they probably weren't made in China.
