So I used this lotion at night and it really helped me relax and sleep better. My only complaint is the lotion.
I struggle with anxiety and physical agitation almost constantly. It really affects my sleep as I can't calm myself down enough to fall asleep. I never forget to take magnesium tablets so I use this lotion at night and it really helps me relax and sleep better. My ONLY complaint is that the lotion is so thick it's difficult to spread. But I never leave traces and no disturbing smell. Full recommendation!
