We bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts for the little ones in the family. Both LOVE their toys! They are 2.5 years old and even their older 5 year old siblings love this game. We love games that are simple, take up little space, are easy to set up, and can be played outdoors. We use them indoors and outdoors. We never had to use spikes but I imagine as they get older they might want to throw them from a distance and spikes would be useful. Many bean bags are included and are the ideal weight. Highly recommended! Very important!
