The way it allows us (the developers) see all issues in one place as they are being fixed or created by other teams who have access only some parts of application via API's etc., which helps save time when we need to check if something was done right before releasing new version/patch with fixes. We used this tool together with JIRA issue tracking system since 2013 but there were few minor problems here & then like sometimes reporting wasn't working properly due lackings support services during those times. But after switching over completely everything got better than ever!
