I just received these headphones and tested them for a short time. I really like how they look and feel and how they work. They are very easy to use. I didn't know when I ordered them that they also accept FM radio. Reception isn't great, but that's a bonus. I mainly use them to listen to podcasts when I'm gardening with noisy equipment. The sound quality is excellent, the noise cancellation is good. I no longer have to worry about tangling a cable while driving. Very happy with them. This is a few months after I bought the headphones. I use it almost every day and absolutely love it. Something happened to you recently that I don't feel I'm the cause of. I wrote to the company to explain the problem and although they were confused about this and couldn't figure out how it happened, they immediately agreed to send me a new pair, although I contacted them to find a way find them to fix. They were very helpful and were quick to send me new ones. I hope to have the opportunity to purchase other items from them again. good company
