After much deliberation, I finally settled on this toaster as the perfect fit for my kitchen. Purchased on Valentine's Day as a present. About two months in, and I couldn't be happier. The ability to customize the sections' temperatures is quite helpful. It can defrost or keep food warm, too. Shake the pallets if they become cluttered with crumbs. Works great as a roast. If there's one thing I might suggest, it's that you attach a little spatula to a clothespin so that you can easily grab it if it gets hot. You can perform it by hand without risk of injury, therefore this is not a downside. This is the best toaster on the market.
