Size Purchased: Medium Dog Shown: 22 lbs Shiba Inu If you have a Shiba Inu, you know they don't like to obey anything. This raincoat is comfortable enough, light enough and doesn't restrict movement for my Shiba to actually walk in (it's the only one we've found so far that she can tolerate). The sizing is pretty accurate but appears to be a little narrower. than expected based on measurements around the neck. No stretch (like you would expect from a waterproof jacket) and it stays in place (doesn't move sideways) as you walk. There is a hole to attach it to a collar or back straps, but this coat also allows front straps to be attached. It would probably be better to order a large dress if it fits her neck, but it would be too long. She is a very slim Shiba but her collar is impressive. If you have a dog with an impressive collar, you may need to find a way to lengthen that jacket to make it fit.
