Man I love these things. I got these back before I was old enough to drive myself to the gym. And get in shape till I was abele to make it to a gym. And now that this coronavirus junk has swept the United States and honestly the world these bands helped to bring the gym to home. You can just about YouTube any workout for any muscle group for workout resistance bands. I have never used them for chin up assistance. They are absolutely satisfactory for a workout tho. I am still getting good gains out of them. Enjoy!
