Do not buy this phone! I bought this phone for my 88 year old mother who has arthritis in her hands and hearing loss. At first we were very excited how she could hear on the phone but when she tried to answer the call the caller could hear her but she couldn't hear the caller. I called Clarity and they told me that due to the voice assistant option, the recipient cannot always hear the caller. I was also told that they have fixed this issue on newer models but cannot fix any models already on the market. In my opinion the phone should have been pulled or potential customers should have been warned. Caring for an elderly person is already very difficult and it is just wrong to make them even more frustrated!
