Advantages: Same color as picture. It is large and offers plenty of space on any shelf. It seems more durable than most shelves on the market. It is lightweight and easy to move after assembly. (When my plants were on it, it was a different story.) Doesn't take up much space, good for my small apartment. The laconic design looks really stylish. I get compliments when people come over. The lower shelf is raised so that you can easily place a vacuum cleaner or robotic vacuum cleaner underneath for cleaning. Cons: I personally had to assemble it with the help of another person. It was easier with two people, one would probably take longer. On the side you can see the screws (maybe they can be painted?). Personally I like the color contrast and the feel it gives, but some people might not like it. The two halves were not properly prepared for a smooth connection when assembled (see last photo). The plate holding the two together is crooked, which I couldn't fix. Personally I can overlook the downsides because ultimately I really love this shelf.
