I enjoy how easy it is to use for my business! It's not difficult at all since there are so many helpful features built into this software. The customer service can be quite slow sometimes but they do respond quickly once you reach out them. Would recommend using Metic as your sales automation tool if your looking or building an effective lead management system. We have used metic in our organization with great success. Our team has been able to utilize metrics data from multiple sources such as email marketing campaigns through social media posts by customers/clients along with internal employee surveys without needing any additional tools aside form metric digital itself.
