Metric is really easy to use and understand. The customer support from staff members is always responsive, even on weekends! I love the ability to create custom dashboards and modules. I enjoy how easy it is to use for my business! It's not difficult at all since there are so many helpful features built into this software. The customer service can be quite slow sometimes but they do respond quickly once you reach out them.
