I decided on this case while I was working in a law firm. In the beginning the workmanship was great, but over time the case started to fall apart; I would say within a year. However, it has a firm sense of durability that will last over time. This was the second suitcase I have received from the company as the first had a defect in one of the locks and I had to replace it immediately. Overall I gave this suitcase 3 stars because it serves its purpose, but over time it will fall apart.
