I decided on this case while I was working in a law firm. In the beginning the workmanship was great, but over time the case started to fall apart; I would say within a year. However, it has a firm sense of durability that will last over time. This was the second suitcase I have received from the company as the first had a defect in one of the locks and I had to replace it immediately. Overall I gave this suitcase 3 stars because it serves its purpose, but over time it will fall apart.

Has 13 months lasted For the money (less than $40) this is a good briefcase. Although not included in the description, it has expansion latches. I didn't want this feature but kept the case anyway. The latches are cast from cheap cast iron bronze and although I'm a neat tidy person, the latches broke within a week of being snapped. 5 stars for the price, 3 for the quality, and that's okay. Buy this if you need short term use and a lockable case. For my use I expect to use it to store something that needs to be locked up and maybe kept in your office or home.
