5 stars for the price, 3 for the quality, and that's okay. Buy this if you need short term use and a lockable case. For my use I expect to use it to store something that needs to be locked up and maybe kept in your office or home. For less than $30 this is a good buy and you can set the combination without accidentally losing the key. I wouldn't use it as a professional briefcase every day, you should spend around $90 on it. It is usually thick cardboard and ok for the price. To install the lock I had to watch a video, move the internal knobs back and forth (had to cut some material off the internal handle with a small pair of scissors, mass production ended up blocking the access hole. On the other hand, you buy cheap solution that works for the limited suitable for use and will look good for a week or two, or many years if you are sitting in the office.
