While the tea set was well packaged and seem quite safe and secure, 2 of the plates were chipped upon arrival.The link for their website to the contact seller for replacement parts is broken and I can’t navigate how else to contact them regarding replacing them. Hoping this review helps.Otherwise, the tea set is quite beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. My 7 year old loves tea parties and was ready for an "adult” set. This appears quite durable.Beware of the wire stand, however. It is mentioned somewhere that it is more for display purposes and shouldn’t be used to transport the dishes. That cannot be more accurate. It’s very flimsy and I barely trust it even for display. We have order a gold wire basket for the same purpose, to display and much more securely transport from cabinet to table.
