A similar MK260 kit has been at home for three years. Everything is perfect, the connection is dependable, and the batteries last an extremely, extraordinarily long time. Since these are no longer available for purchase, I purchased the closest available companion, the "MK270". It just superficially evokes Logitech's earlier greatness. The keys are made of some sort of cheap plastic, and the connection to the sensor is continually slipping. Writing is impossible since the mouse moves slowly. Nevertheless, the distance to the sensor is just about 40 cm. Do not purchase; Logitech completely surprised me; previously, I had thought of it as "quality, above average."
