For the last 8 years I have slept on a homemade pillow because this product was not available when I was pregnant and had acid reflux for the first time. Since then I've had acid reflux and increased sleep which is affecting my spine health. When I was looking for adjustable beds, I ended up looking for upholstered pillows. This pillow has saved me about $3,000-$4,000 on a new bed because the memory foam is thick and strong enough to replace a mattress and it has the right ergonomic design that adjusts to elevated positions up to about 70 degrees adjusts.
