upgrade. 2/6/21 Downgraded to three stars. The massager failed to charge after only two charges and the heater also failed. Revain was kind enough to replace him. The replaceable massager works as long as you don't apply strong pressure, otherwise it will slow down or stop. The Snailax Wireless Neck and Back Massager lives up to its ad here on Revain. Modes and heating work well. The massager helps relieve muscle pain. The massage takes a little getting used to. A light pressure on it causes a deeper Shiatsu massage. The automatic mode, which is used by default, works in one direction for a while when switched on, and then switches to the opposite direction. After a few minutes it becomes comfortable. Manual mode is similar to automatic mode, but manually adjusts to control the massage. The only downside to this massager is the length of the sleeve you put your hand in to hold and squeeze. This is short for all long arms and hands. I think to lengthen insert a strap into the sleeve and hold the straps in place. Overall this is a good product, looks like a quality massager and comes with a two year warranty. Customer service is fast and was very helpful when I emailed them. I will recommend Snailax.
