The system is very user friendly compared to other systems I've used in the past. It's easy for new users (as well as seasoned ones) to navigate and use without having to constantly ask questions or refer back to documentation. There are some features that could be added/improved such as being able to run reports at certain time intervals instead of just once daily. If you're looking for an all inclusive solution then this transportation management software may not fit your needs but it does have most things needed when tracking shipments from start until completion. We track every truck we dispatch through Hwy905 TM Sys so there aren't any issues there.
