After six months, mine is still holding up. I put it by the doorway so I can sit down and put on my shoes. I'm probably about 160 lbs and haven't had any issues.The top cushion is soft, slips around easily though. Might need to put something underneath to give it grip or hold it in place.It was pretty simple to assemble. I had all the necessary parts and crews. Fits together pretty well, but there are some tight tolerances that keep it from being a five star. I notice sometimes opening up one of the doors it's a little tighter and less fluid when closing it. Light enough for me to pick up and move around to vacuum.Fits four pairs of my shoes(Men's 9.5 & 10) on one side. Other side I store extra things like shoe covers.For the price, I'm pretty happy.
