Defective Office Electronics Product

I need help replacing a defective ink cartridge. I received this cartridge in May 2020. After installing it in June 2020, I received a printer message that ink is very low. I looked at the packaging and saw a stamp dated 20200303 which leads me to believe it expired on 03/03/2020 and may have dried out. How do I get a replacement?
