I spent $100 on furniture I thought was good. After 3 months I noticed that the lid wasn't exactly closed. When I went to inspect it, I saw that the loop was loose. I wanted to pull up, it got worse. Then the mechanism that holds the lid buckled. I used this ottoman to elevate my legs and store a pair of shoes. It has not been overused in any shape or form. When I contacted support they told me this was due to overuse (essentially telling me I lied) and they would send a new loop. The new loop doesn't work because something is wrong with it. So I basically threw $100 down the window because they refuse to believe their product could have a fault. Either refund my money or send me a new ottoman. I'm so angry they dropped both options. I wonder how many people can still afford to throw $100 down the toilet. i know i can't The thing goes in the trash. That's just like their customer service. It's disgusting that they can do this to people.
