It definitely helps, partly my sensitivity from grinding

I grind my teeth at night and it has caused some wear and tear on my teeth so generally the backs of my upper teeth are very sensitive. This is especially noticeable when I use whitening strips, the back of my upper teeth can become unbearable if I use them as intended while the rest of my teeth are fine. The application has helped minimize this discomfort, I rarely experience hypersensitivity.
