It works. Eating on the floor is 98% ruled out.
This is the second cage liner I have bought for my cockatiel's cage. The first lasted about 2 years until the rubber band wore out. This effectively prevents "Punch" from spilling food across the floor, which was intended. The only complaint is that it makes water changes and feeding difficult.
