I've worked with them for over 5 years now as an SEO consultant/manager at my previous employer (where they were hired to manage our account). They are very friendly people that seem genuinely interested in your business goals / needs when you first meet up - even though it's not their own! We'd have meetings every month or so just talking about what we're doing well & where there could be room improvement etc., but also talk more generally if needed too. The work itself was always good quality, delivered quickly without any complaints from me ever during those many months of working together :) If nothing else then maybe give yourself some time before deciding whether this team will suit your need? You'll know within 2-3 days into meeting each other how things go between both teams involved!! Nothing really bad comes across once i think back :), however do try out all options available because sometimes clients can change plans midstream which may impact timelines, budgeting, deliverables, expectations etc. The best part about this service is that it was very affordable compared to other companies I had seen. They were quick with getting back to me and they offered great customer support. Sometimes there's lag time between when you submit your contact information and how quickly you get feedback from them. But overall, their turnaround times are fast! We used them for our SEO project (on-site content creation) but we're also using them for ongoing blog updates so far everything has been flawless.
