I always read negative reviews before I buy a product and it usually becomes apparent when a product really doesn't live up to the mark, or when it's due to unreasonable expectations, impatience, failure to follow the user's instructions or misuse of a item causing the problem. Complaints about this product clearly fall into the second category. For example, one complained that there were no batteries in the kit, another that there were no "refills" in the kit, and a third that it was "too complicated." You get exactly what is described in the product description. The product is made of high quality materials and has an attractive appearance. It works as described, with flexible programming to automatically deliver different flavors. While it's true that the setup instructions for this device are sketchy at best and it may take a little time and patience to figure it all out, this is no rocket operation. Someone can (and should) comment on instructions in English or in the language of their choice.
